ORDERS / SHIPPING
The price you pay online should be all you pay. If you are charged importation tax, please let us know and we will credit you with the equivalent amount (digital1@givelo.cc)
We ship everything with our transportation partner, FedEx. Every order is shipped within 48 hours. Depending on your location, your order can arrive between 2-7 working days (with no interruptions from customs). Please refer to our shipping page for more info.
If you are paying via Paypal or Shopify Payments, you'll be charged at the moment you order. Your invoice will arrive after the order is placed online once the order is dispached.
You can return any product within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. For more information, please visit returns section of the website.
For returns or exchanges please let us know directly (digital1@givelo.cc) and we will help you organize your return.
Returns or exchanges will be made via FedEx. We will help organize the courier pick up when best suits you and email you all the necessary documents to make your return.

Givelo, born in 2017, is from Medellín Colombia. It was started by 3 friends that had one clear idea; never stay still, always assume
that you can do better, and apply technologies in the world around you.
Givelo is dedicated to working with sustainable and responsible manufacturers. Currently, products are produced between Colombia and Asia depending on their technical requirements. All our primary fabrics are imported directly from Italy and France with the occasional domestic fabric.
Yes, we do! We make a lot of custom kits. We don't offer white label manufacturing, but we make personalized kits for your team / business / group of friends.
